Etec Secure West End Fit Out Project
Etec is pleased to be working again with Buro4 and Pringle Brandon Perkins + Will on the fit out of 40,000 sq/ft of office space on Wigmore Street in the West End of London.
The project at the newly built 95 Wigmore Street, a development by Great Portland Estates, is a stunning new office space designed by Architects ORMS. Our client, a firm of financial, actuarial and business consultants, plan to relocate their current business operation to levels 1, 2 and 3 at 95 Wigmore Street, by Summer 2013.
The project will involve heavy modification to the existing MEPH services to create a highly cellularised office space. In addition a new client dinning kitchen will be provided to the client facing floor, along with a highly flexible meeting space incorporating an 80 person presentation room. The fit out will also incorporate new IT equipment rooms across all the floors and is due to commence by mid March 2013.
