Fit Out at Tower42

The project will involve refurbishing the entire floor to suit the requirements of the new tenant. Works will include adapting the existing Fan Coil Unit system, ventilation, lighting, small power systems, fire alarm systems and providing new AV and IT systems. The space will include both open plan areas and cellular offices, together with tea points, copy areas and store rooms. Due to the very shallow ceiling voids careful high level coordination will be required during the design of the M&E services.
