Etec are pleased to announce their appointment as MEPH Consultant for the fit out of 12,000 sq/ft of office space for a single tenant/occupier in Putney High Street.
The project involves relocating a global client’s HQ with a view to creating an exciting hybrid style office space to attract staff back to the office. The works include a ground floor “business lounge” type meeting and work space, Comms and IT Build room, individual 1 person VC rooms and roof terrace. The project continues our ongoing relationship with PM/QS consultancy CBRE.
