Validations

At Etec Associates we have organised and managed many validations of MEPH services in existing buildings, including preparing the scope, engaging a validation contractor and issuing a summary report. Validations are often necessary to confirm the correct operation, and capacity where existing systems are being re-used within a refurbishment contract. They often highlight issues with existing systems, which can then be addressed within the design and tender process, thereby eliminating risk and unforeseen costs, during the contract works.
