Projects in Jersey

Etec are now involved in five live projects on the isle of Jersey in the Channel Islands.

The projects vary from a 35,000 sq/ft fit out at 27 Esplanade for a Trust Fund to a new build 14 apartment luxury residential development on the sea front in St Clements to the redevelopment of a former wine bar in Market Street, St Helier in to a new and contemporary sea food restaurant.

Engineers from Etec regularly travel to Jersey where we work in conjunction with the well established PM/QS practice, Colin Smith Partnership. In addition Etec with with local architects including Axis Mason and Waddington Architects.
