ETEC Associates were appointed by Dornan Engineering Ltd to deliver Mechanical & Public Health Design Validation (RIBA Stage 4A & 4B) and Design Development (RIBA Stage 5) for the redevelopment of 2 Finsbury Avenue, a landmark commercial scheme within the Broadgate Estate, Central London. The project forms a significant part of the British Land regeneration framework.
The development spans 750,000 sq ft and comprises three basement levels, commercial towers of 24 and 37 storeys, and 13 podium levels.
Our involvement supports the mechanical and public health services from detailed validation through to construction design, providing technical assurance and design responsibility. In addition, Etec Associates assisted with various system optimisations to improve the overall MEPH integrated design.
