15,000 sq/ft Cat B fit out within an occupied building to a tight programme.
Citypoint is a 35 storey office development adjacent to Moorgate, London. Etec were employed direct by the Client to provide M&E Consultancy Services on the Design & Build fit out of Level 33. The office space was designed to cater for 120 trader desks, with high PC loads. In addition, a new Data Centre, client facing meeting suite, and staff breakout/restaurant area were provided. A new 4 pipe fan coil unit system was provided across the floor, fed from the main building infrastructure, with dedicated FCUs provided to individual offices, phone booths and meeting rooms. Dedicated 24/7 N+1 cooling was provided to the new data centre.
