Level 8 Citypoint

Etec Associates were employed direct by the end user/occupier Client to carry out M&E consultancies services on their behalf. Level 8 was taken as a Cat A open plan space and fitted out to the Client’s needs, including the provision of 275 trader desks.

The Cat B fit out of level 8 included the provision of extensive trader area, New Comms Room, Meeting suite, staff café area, and external terraces. The existing Cat A M&E services were retained and modified to suit the architectural Cat B layout outs. All works were carried out within a live building, whilst connecting to the central Landlord systems.
