Westferry Circus
Etec Associates were employed directly by the end user for this Cat B fit out of level 6 plus refurbishment to their live occupied floors – levels 4 and 5. Level 6 was a Cat A to Cat B fit out of 15,000 sq/ft of office space, including a 4,5000 sq/ft external terrace area. The works included providing a large multifunction meeting space with folding walls and the ability to hold a 100 person conference.
On levels 4 and 5, works were carried out to upgrade various meeting spaces, the health centre, IT tech bar and break out spaces in a live occupied environment. The works were phased to maintain a working and operational space throughout the project.
The existing level 6 terrace areas was a disused and dilapidated space which was brought back to life with new seating and planters incorporating integrated lighting and power for outside informal working and meeting.
