The Restaurant Group

The Restaurant Group offices, located in Bough, London, are located over five floors of office space above a TRG owned restaurant at Ground and Basement levels.  The project saw the removal of the restaurant to create more office, meeting room and breakout space for TRG.  The project was carried out in five phases, allowing TRG to remain in occupation throughout the works.  All new M&E services were provided throughout including new VRF heating and cooling systems, new AHUs for enhanced fresh air and new LED lighting and lighting control.
