48 Leicester Square, is a new build commercial office development offering 95,000 sq/ft, of office space in a prime West End location. 

Etec were appointed to carry out design development and to produce a fully coordinated 3D Revit Model of the MEPH services. The building MEPH systems included independent VRF systems per floor, with ventilation provided by MVHRUs per floor, thus avoiding the need for large roof mounted plant.
