1 Broadgate

ETEC Associates were appointed by Dornan Engineering Ltd to provide MEPH design support and engineering review for the redevelopment of 1 Broadgate, a new mixed-use commercial building within the Broadgate Estate, London. The development includes two basement Levels, retail space at lower floors and twelve levels of commercial offices.

Our involvement focused on mechanical system modifications and coordination to support construction delivery. Key activities included pump and pipework redesign, Chilled and condenser water system updates, hydraulic calculations, thermal store connections and technical markups for installation support.

ETEC provided practical engineering solutions to ensure system performance, compliance and buildability on this complex city centre development.
