35,000 sq/ft Cat B fit out within a newly completed office development in Fitzrovia.

Etec Associates undertook the fit out of levels 1, 2 and 3 at 95 Wigmore Street, taking a newly completed Cat A space to form the new Headquarters of the end user, an international Law Firm.  The Cat A works were also monitored by Etec as they approached completion which included witnessing and monitoring of system testing and commissioning on behalf of the client.

• The existing systems were modified to suit which included a 4 pipe fan coil unit system, fresh air supply and extract system, high level modular wiring, Cat A lighting and fire alarm installations and existing BMS system.
• A highly cellular space was provided with all offices having dedicated environmental control.
• In addition a new client facing meeting suite was provided with fine dining kitchen and multi purpose meeting room space.
• Two new Comms Rooms were provided with dedicated 24/7 N+1 cooling and UPS power systems.
