Lululemon
Etec Associates undertook the MEPH fit out design for Lululemon at 80 Strand. The 22,000 sq/ft Cat B fit out was undertaken in a live occupied building with a fast paced design and fit out programme.
Existing services were retained and modified to suit the new architectural space plans with an emphasis on retaining and reusing existing MEPH services wherever possible. Due to the exposed services look and feel that was required, a high level of coordination was required between M&E services and other trades to ensure the final solution was to high standard, both operationally and aesthetically.
